Do we need to bring bed linen?
Bed linen is provided, and the beds are made upon arrival.

Are towels and toilet paper available?
Each guest receives 2 hand and bath towels. Toilet paper, kitchen essentials (kitchen roll, dish towels, sponge/cloth, and cleaning supplies) are also provided.

Check-in & Check-out times?
Check-in: 16:00 | Check-out: 09:00

Where do we get the key?
From your local host – the phone number will be sent after the final payment.

How far is the lift?
Depending on the location, 200 - 250 meters.

How many parking spaces are available?
Classic Chalets: 4 spaces
Large/XL Chalets: 6 garage spaces + additional outdoor parking (except Flachau: 6 total)

Can a bus park there?
Yes.

Is there a hairdryer?
Yes.

 

Do we need to bring vinegar, oil, and spices?
Yes, all food items must be brought by guests.

What type of Nespresso machine is available?
A professional machine with pads (available in the chalet for €1.30 per pad).

What beer keg is in the chalet?
8L kegs for BeerTender – Zipfer Urtyp (€48 per keg).

Can we order breakfast for just one day?
Breakfast must be booked for the entire stay and for all guests. Dinner can be ordered for individual evenings.

Is there a bakery delivery service?
Yes, available at all locations during peak seasons (July, August, mid-December to mid-March).


Is the pool heated?
Yes, all pools are heated from early May to the end of October. There is no pool in Flachau, but there is an indoor pool in Filzmoos, which is open year-round.

Is the pool private?
Pools are shared and used communally.

What are the pool and hot tub opening hours?
Pool: 08:00 - 20:00
Hot tub in Wagrain: Winter season only, 16:00 - 20:00

 

Can we pay the deposit in cash?
No, only bank transfer is accepted.

Will we get the deposit back?
Yes, after your stay. Any consumption or damages will be deducted from the deposit.

Can we pay with a credit card?
We only accept bank transfers.

How much is the deposit?
The deposit is 30% of the total booking price.

Do we get a guest card?
Yes, at each of the 5 locations. The card includes the Salzburg Guest Mobility Ticket, which allows you to use all public transport for free during your stay.

Can we book if we don’t know the exact number of participants yet?
Yes, it’s best to book according to the base rental price for the expected number of guests, and you can adjust the number later as needed.



Are there baby items like a stair gate, crib, etc.?
Yes, we provide baby and toddler equipment, including a buggy, sled, stair gate, high chair, and crib.

Do you offer discounts on ski passes or ski rentals?
Ski amadé offers an online ticket shop with early bird discounts. We get tickets directly from the box office. Ski rentals are available through our partner, as listed on the website – no additional discounts are offered.
